Yesterday, First California Bank, a subsidiary of Westlake Village-based First California Financial Group, Inc., announced the expansion of its senior management team with the addition of two new senior vice presidents and regional managers. John Harris will serve the South Bay region and Michael Kee will serve San Luis Obispo. In a prepared statement, Gilbert Dalmau, First California Bank’s executive vice president and chief banking officer, said the two new additions demonstrate the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in two important California markets. Both Harris and Kee have extensive backgrounds in the banking industry. Harris previously served as senior vice president and manager of the business banking division for California Republic Bank and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking management. Kee has been in the banking industry for over 40 years and served as senior vice president and senior lending officer for Founders Community Bank in San Luis Obispo prior to joining First California Bank.
