Sherman Oaks Multifamily Buildings Sold For More Than $2.5 million.
Monday, April 30, 2012Two Sherman Oaks multifamily buildings have changed hands for more than $2.5 million, according to the real estate brokerage involved with the deal.
Shaffer Enterprise LLC paid $201 per square foot for the two, 7-unit buildings at 13508 and 13514 Burbank Blvd., Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc. said.
Principal Jeff McGuire of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc. represented both the buyer and the seller, IFT Properties LLC.
The two buildings were built in 1986 and Shaffer paid all cash for the two buildings, Lee & Associates said.
