Trampoline venue Sky High Sports will open another area facility in Valencia, securing a 34,000 sq. ft. location on The Old Road earlier this month. Sky High also opened a Camarillo location in 2010, followed by a Woodland Hills franchise. Each location is covered with hundreds of trampolines, and hosts events ranging from dodgeball games to birthday parties. “Kids and grownups make up our customer base and given the demographics of the Santa Clarita Valley, we are expecting another successful operation in our new Valencia location,” said Ron Whited, principal of Sky High Sports, in a prepared statement. Colliers International’s John DeGrinis, Patrick Du Ross and Jeff Abraham, based in their Encino office, represented Sky High while Dennis Verner of SCV Commercial Real Estate Service represented the landlord in the $2.4 million lease transaction. “This is the third transaction we have worked on with Sky High since 2010,” said DeGrinis. “The Camarillo store was the first location in our region, and the success of the operation blew away all original projections. Woodland Hills was the second store, and given its location in the dense San Fernando Valley, it also exceeded the owner’s projections.” Kelly Goff
