Camarillo-based PBS Biotech announced the appointment of the chief executive of a Palo Alto biopharmaceutical company to its advisory board. Neuraltus Pharmaceuticals President and CEO Andrew Gengos had a long career at Thousand Oaks-based Amgen Inc., serving as vice president of strategy and corporate development, PBS said in a news release. Gengos joined Neuraltus as its chief executive in 2010. PBS Biotech CEO Brian Lee said Gengos’ expertise will help PBS as it brings its single-use bioreactor technology to the marketplace.
