NAI Capital’s Encino headquarters has a “master” as its new vice president specializing in investment properties: martial arts master Bob Wall. Wall, a World Professional Karate Champion, founded Wall Street Properties and Wall Enterprise, brokerage real estate firms that syndicated, developed, counseled and managed income properties, NAI Capital said in a statement. Wall was named “Outstanding Man of the Year” in 1989 by the Tarzana Chamber of Commerce. Wall is a former partner of Chuck Norris in a large chain of karate studios and in 1989 was inducted into the “Martial Arts Hall of Fame,” according to NAI Capital.
