This month, in honor of National Women’s History Month, Total Woman Gym and Day Spa is hosting a series of events at 11 of its locations including the grand opening of its new Studio City location on March 22. Local Total Woman fitness centers hosting events include Northridge, Woodland Hills, Glendale and Westlake Village. Festivities include all-day open house events in the fitness centers and spas with complimentary food, beverages, music, prizes and giveaways. Demonstrations by local vendors and experts will also be offered along with activities for children in the Kids Club. “March is the month to celebrate and remember the lives of women who have impacted us,” Adrienne Stone, co-founder of Total Woman Gym & Day Spa said in a prepared statement. “Everyone has had women, whether it be their mother, sister, wife, teacher, boss, or friend that has enhanced their lives for the greater –The women who paved the way for us on one level or another to make us who we are today.” Angela Melero
