Westlake Village-based LTC Properties Inc. has acquired a skilled nursing facility for $18.6 million, the company announced Monday. The 144 licensed bed facility in Red Oak, Texas was built in 2002, LTC said in a news release. The health care real estate investment trust financed the acquisition through the company’s unsecured revolving line of credit. Andrew Khouri
