Row 44 Bringing Broadband Service to Russian Airline

Row 44 has signed a deal with a private airline in Russia to provide in-flight broadband entertainment services. Terms of the deal between Westlake Village-based Row 44 and Transaero Airlines were not disclosed. Row 44 has its satellite-based broadband service aboard 250 aircraft operated by Southwest Airlines and Norwegian Air Shuttle. Transaero will provide the service on its routes within and from Russia to North America, the Caribbean, Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. “Row 44 always seeks to work with the most innovative airlines, and Transaero continues to demonstrate its leadership in innovation,” said Row 44 Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Travis Christ. “We are pleased to support Transaero in creating an unparalleled broadband entertainment experience to its customers wherever they fly.” Mark R.
