Row 44 has signed a deal with a private airline in Russia to provide in-flight broadband entertainment services. Terms of the deal between Westlake Village-based Row 44 and Transaero Airlines were not disclosed. Row 44 has its satellite-based broadband service aboard 250 aircraft operated by Southwest Airlines and Norwegian Air Shuttle.
