Online Video Company Gets 3D Streaming Technology

3D Crave, a distributor of Internet-based video on demand, has signed a partnership with NanoTech Entertainment for the launch of a new video channel. The Woodland Hills-based 3D Crave will incorporate NanoTech’s streaming technology for a channel on Roku, its online video site. The system provides users with a continuous 3D experience from the moment the channel is launched so they don’t have to select whether to watch in 2D or 3D mode. “The NanoTech team are the only people to have solved the problem of providing a 3D user interface and menu system on the Roku Platform,” Jose Luis Marra , co-founder of 3D Crave, said in a statement. The companies announced the deal at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. NanoTech Entertainment is a gaming and entertainment software developer based in Las Vegas. The company’s stock trades on the pink sheet market.
