Bob Hope Site 3321 W. Olive Ave. Status: Entitled Size: 111,000 square feet Worthe bought the entitled property from the Bob Hope family in 2012 for $8 million. Hope’s second wife, Dolores, had sought to build a museum commemorating her husband, but those plans fell through. There is no start date for the project. The Pinnacle, Phase I 3300 W. Olive Ave. Status: Built Size: 395,000 square feet Worthe built the six-story building in 2002. Tenants include Warner Music Group and KIIS-FM (102.7). Worthe owns the property with M. The attached Stage 7 was vacated by KNBC-TV Channel 4 news, which moved to Universal City in March. 6. Warehouse The 160,000-square-foot plus building is used by “Days of our Lives” and iHeart for prop storage. It also contains Trio Entertainment, which makes industry billboards. 7. Stage Complex 9 & 11 A two sound-stage complex totaling more than 100,000 square feet where “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno filmed until it relocated to New York in February. 8. Development Site, Stages 10 & 12 Worthe will break ground this year on a 72,000-square-foot complex of two soundstages in a parking lot near the former Leno studio.
