Fast-casual pizza chain PizzaRev plans to open its 29th location in Glendale next month. The Westlake Village company will bring its 9-inch, build-your-own pizza concept, with vegan and gluten-free options, to 108 W. Wilson Ave. The company plans to hire 30 to 40 crew members before the shop’s grand opening in December. It hosted a job fair at the new location last Friday. PizzaRev operates 28 locations in six states including California, Colorado and Texas. The pizzeria currently has more than 100 franchises under development in Mexico, Washington, D.C. and a dozen additional states. “We can’t wait to bring our signature, Roman-style pizza experience to Glendale,” said Nicholas Eckerman, co-founder and president of PizzaRev, in a prepared statement. “We are recruiting high-energy, passionate employees who are excited to join an innovated brand that is carving out a new dining segment.”
