ERP Adds Board Member

Electric power supply manufacturer ERP Power appointed Jeffrey Frank to serve on its board of directors, the company announced. Frank has more than 30 years’ experience in the power electronics industry in chief executive and sales leadership roles. ERP was acquired earlier this month by private investment firm Angeles Equity, in Los Angeles. Timothy Meyer, managing partner at Angeles Equity, called Frank a perfect addition to the board. “Jeff Frank is an energetic leader known for his proven ability to develop commercial strategies to grow market share and improve the bottom line,” Meyer said in a prepared statement. During his career, Frank served in senior executive roles at GE Power Electronics, in Plano, Texas; Lineage Power, later acquired by GE Energy; Cherokee International, in Tustin; and Deltec Electronics.
