Cheesecake Factory Inc. has opened a Grand Lux Cafe in Austin, Texas, the restaurant group announced on Tuesday. The outpost is the Calabasas company’s 13th eatery under the Grand Lux brand. The Austin Grand Lux Cafe is located at 11506 Century Oaks Terrace in The Domain, a multi-purpose retail, business and residential center in the city’s northwest corner. Its menu features dishes inspired by European, Latin American and Asian cuisine, such as “Indochine Shrimp and Chicken” and “Cafe Beef Wellington.” Shares of Cheesecake Factory Inc. dropped 2.2 percent or $1.30 on Wednesday to close at $56.87 on the Nasdaq.
