Santa Clarita-based Poole & Shaffery on Wednesday announced it has promoted two of its attorneys – Jaion Chung and Kimberly Moore – to partners in the firm.

Chung, who works out of the Los Angeles office, manages civil litigation cases for business owners, manufacturers, transportation companies and retailers, while Moore, from the Walnut Creek location, specializes in construction and transportation law as well as product liability.

In addition, the firm has also hired new associate attorney Andrew Sevanian, who will be a part of the firm’s business counseling, business transactions and intellectual property departments. He comes to the firm with a background in entertainment as he formerly worked at Glendale-based DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. and L.A.-based Paramount Pictures Corp. prior to his legal career.

“These changes make our legal team even more formidable,” Co-founder John Shaffery said in a statement.

Poole & Shaffery is a full-service law firm with six offices throughout California.
