Construction Begins on Warner Center Multifamily

Los Angeles-based developer CityView has broken ground on a multifamily development in Warner Center, with Ken Stockton Architects of Calabasas designing, according to Urbanize.LA. The six-story building, on the northeast corner of Vanowen Street and Alabama Avenue in Woodland Hills, will include 174 units and 258 parking spaces. CityView joins other approved or under-construction housing projects in the Warner Center neighborhood. They include Panoptic Development’s 154-unit building on Canoga Avenue at Vanowen, which breaks ground this summer; and Canoga Park-based California Home Builders’ 18-unit condo project at 6800 Variel Ave., part of the larger five-building Q project.
