Software-as-a-service firm Vroozi Inc. has named tech industry veteran Joseph Fox as its new chief executive.
In his new role, Fox will bring customer-centric innovation and forward-thinking strategy for digital intelligent business commerce to Vroozi, in Sherman Oaks. He replaces Gregg Parise, who was named chief executive two years ago.
Vroozi develops cloud-based business-to-business procurement software.
“How companies buy and sell changes at light speed, and Vroozi’s innovations allow employees to keep modern and mobile via the expanding Vroozi SpendTech (procure-to-pay) platform,” Fox said in a statement.
Prior to joining Vroozi, Fox was chief strategy officer at BirchStreet, a Newport Beach procurement hospitality software provider. Before that he was senior vice president of development and strategy at SAP Ariba, a procurement software company in Palo Alto.
