Oakmont Senior Living held an open house at its new Valencia location on Friday to introduce care options to prospective customers in preparation for an official opening on July 13. The 85,000-square-foot, two-story facility named Oakmont of Valencia will consist of 40 assisted living and 50 memory care apartment homes. The facility is at 24070 Copper Hill Drive. At the event, the facility premiered Sky Bergman’s “Lives Well Lived,” a documentary celebrating the “incredible wit and wisdom of adults ages 75 to 100.” Care options include medication management, housekeeping, health monitoring and assessments, grooming assistance, dietary guidance, diabetic programs, medical appointment coordination and temporary in-home care.
