Houston Developer to Build 394 Apartments in Canoga Park

Houston-based real estate firm Hanover Co. has gained approvals from the city of Los Angeles to redevelop a Canoga Park property into a 394-unit apartment building. Three industrial buildings at 21050 Kittridge St. will be razed in advance of a multifamily development dubbed Hanover Warner Center and designed by TCA Architects, according to an Urbanize.LA report. The housing, which would conform around an eight-story parking structure housing 509 spaces, will be located just north of the Orange Line busway in Warner Center. At 380,000 square feet, Hanover Warner Center should reach completion in 2021. Next door to this development, construction is underway for an unrelated six-story, 271-unit development.
