Equipment Maker Buys Valencia Building for $4.7 Million

A 21,164-square-foot industrial building in the Valencia Business Center has sold to Versatile Systems, which makes roof safety equipment.The building at 28258 Ave. Stanford in Valencia sold for $4.7 million, or $197 per square foot, according to CoStar data. Built in 1987, the complex features 17-foot clearance height and 6,804 square feet of office space.CBRE’s Craig Peters and Sam Glendon represented the seller, 28258 Avenue Stanford LLC while Patrick Reddy of Lee & Associates negotiated on behalf of Versatile Systems.“Buyer interest has remained healthy through the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Peters in a statement. “We continue to see tremendous interest in Valencia.”
