Industrial Broker Joins Delphi

Mike Centurioni, a commercial real estate broker for the last 18 years, has joined Van Nuys-headquartered Delphi Business Properties Inc. as a senior vice president.

Centurioni’s background is primarily in industrial and office leasing and sales. He previously worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial, Colliers International and CBRE Group.

The brokerage said his experience will “further enhance Delphi’s San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley CRE presence.”

“Joining Delphi was an easy decision,” Centurioni said in a statement. “Delphi’s team is well respected in the industry and their market presence will benefit my clientele and further enhance my ability to transact in the San Fernando Valley.”

Established in 1977, Delphi specializes in industrial real estate throughout the San Fernando, Conejo and Santa Clarita valleys.
