Among the plaza’s 19 storefronts are anchor tenants Ralphs, Dollar Tree, Viva La Fiesta and Care A Lot Pharmacy.
Comparable recent sales in the region include a 34,476-square-foot center at 7414 Reseda Blvd. in Reseda, which sold for $8 million, or $233 per square foot; the 45,190-square-foot corner retail property at 201 N. Brand Blvd. in Glendale, which sold for $18 million, or $400 a square foot; and the 51,258-square-foot Golden Farms Market Plaza at 6501 San Fernando Road in Burbank, which sold for $16.5 million or $321.90 a square foot.
