A Chatsworth-based distributor of athletic gear has signed a lease at 9419 Mason Ave.Newmark's John DeGrinis, Patrick DuRoss and Jeff Abraham represented the undisclosed tenant in the deal.The company will occupy 30,183 square feet on Mason Avenue and, according to Abraham, this space will triple the distributor's previous workspace.Last week, the same Newmark industrial brokerage team, which operates out of Calabasas, represented landlord Rexford Industrial Realty in a 28,000-square-foot lease at Van Nuys Airport Industrial Center. That tenant was a company seeking a storage facility for baby products.
