Chandra A. Beaton is one of the top employment litigation attorneys in the tri-counties. As the chair of the litigation practice at LightGabler, she oversees 11 litigation attorneys and four paralegals, and their cases on behalf of employers and managers in employment-related disputes. In the past few years under her guidance, the firm has successfully represented thousands of local clients in employment matters.
Beaton has extensive civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Her litigation background encompasses a broad range of disputes, including construction defect and mold claims, personal injury defense, general and professional liability defense, intellectual property litigation, real estate litigation, business litigation, and homeowner’s association matters. In 2003, she was admitted to the State Bar of California. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
