Amanda Koukol joined the San Fernando Valley Business Journal and Los Angeles Business Journal as Controller in January 2023. She resides in the Kansas City area with her husband and two sons.

Amanda brings over a decade of experience to the journals, most recently serving as the Director of Finance for New Directions Behavioral Health. She also has experience working in clinical research and production. Amanda holds an MBA from Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas.
