Kleinman is responsible for sourcing new lending opportunities and is involved in the entire process from A to Z to ensure his clients lending needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Kleinman closed over $100,000,000 in total project costs in 2022. His primary focus is in the LA, Orange and Ventura counties but through the company’s nationwide footprint is able to assist with client lending needs throughout the United States.
