Anthem Blue Cross and CHOICE Administrators, Inc. have partnered to sell health insurance to small-employer purchasing groups that are members of the CaliforniaChoice small group program. CaliforniaChoice is the largest health insurance exchange in the United States. Starting June 1, Woodland Hills-based Anthem and CHOICE, headquartered in the City of Orange, will offer HMO and PPO benefits for all new and renewing CaliforniaChoice employer groups.
