United Online Inc., a provider of consumer products and services over the Internet, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share. This marks the 23rd consecutive quarter that the Woodland Hills company will have paid a cash dividend to its shareholders. The dividend is payable on Nov. 30, 2010 to shareholders of record on Nov. 12, 2010.
