Olive Huang joins the Glendale company as general counsel and secretary of the board of directors, while Doug Myers joins as senior vice president of operations.

Ara Mahdessian, chief executive of ServiceTitan, said that as the operating system that powers the trades, it is the company’s responsibility to build a leadership team with the experience and expertise to solve its customers’ biggest challenges and improve the lives and businesses of electrical, HVAC and plumbing contractors.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Olive and Doug to ServiceTitan as they join us on this mission,” Mahdessian said in a statement.

Huang most recently was general counsel at Nutanix, a San Jose cloud-based storage provider. At that company she helped build a legal team from the ground up, supporting a fast-growth company through multiple business transitions, according to a release from ServiceTitan.
