Caine & Weiner Inc., an accounts receivables and collections service in Woodland Hills, will move its national headquarters to San Fernando, according to CBRE Group Inc. The company has signed a lease for nearly 17,000 square feet at 5805 Sepulveda Blvd., a Class A building with high visibility and signage along the interchange of the 405 and 118 freeways. Caine & Weiner is currently in 14,400 square feet at 21210 Erwin St. but wanted a newer space for the 150 employees at the headquarters, according to CBRE. Caine & Weiner plans to move in February. CBRE’s Andrew Ratner and Ron Wade represented Caine & Weiner in the lease deal while Bruce Frasco with Commercial Asset Group in Sherman Oaks represented the landlord, 5805 Sepulveda, a local real estate investment firm. “This space fulfilled everything the tenant was looking for,” Wade said in a statement. “It incorporates the best workplace practices, technology, footprint optimization, creative design elements and top-of-line call center operations for their national headquarters.”
