Interlink Electronics Signs New European Distributor

Interlink Electronics Inc. announced Thursday a deal with Retronic as its new European resale partner. Terms of the deal between Interlink, in Camarillo, and Retronic, in Hamburg, Germany, were not disclosed. The resale agreement will play in a role in Interlink’s commitment to the rapid expansion of its international presence. Retronic is primarily focused on distributing electronics in Germany and Eastern Europe. Interlink Chief Executive Steven Bronson said that Retronic is well respected in the region. “With our plans to accelerate international growth, we are pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with Retronic to help us grow our business in Germany and other European countries,” Bronson said in a statement. Retronic also distributes power supply products from N2Power, a division of Qualstar Corp., another Bronson-led company in Camarillo and from Semtech Corp, the semiconductor and Internet of Things products manufacturer, also in Camarillo. “We are thrilled to partner with Interlink and bring their outstanding catalog of products to a brand-new set of customers,” Retronic owner Michail Resikov said in a statement. Shares of Interlink (LINK) closed Thursday down 75 cents, or 16.7 percent, to $3.75 on the over-the-counter market.
