Enhanced Film Management Software Coming from Entertainment Partners

Entertainment industry accounting firm Entertainment Partners has joined with a New Jersey company to create software to enhance cross-studio management of film projects. The SmartHub Vault from the Burbank company and GRM Information Management, in Jersey City, will also provide long-term storage for production documents after theatrical, television and commercial projects end. SmartHub Vault will be available starting this summer and be fully integrated with the company’s Scenechronize SmartHub, a secure archival library for production documents. “Our exciting partnership development with GRM provides our studio clients with additional enterprise information management, compliance and governance capabilities,” Chief Executive Mark Goldstein said in a statement. Yossi Harel, executive vice president at GRM, said the company was thrilled to partner with Entertainment Partners and add to its enterprise content services platform. “By leveraging our advanced enterprise content management functionality with Entertainment Partners’ robust product suite, we will provide studio clients with next generation digital products and platforms,” Harel said in a statement.
