Cast & Crew Recruits First Chief Commercial Officer

Graham Younger has been named chief commercial officer at entertainment accounting firm Cast & Crew. In the newly formed position, Younger will be responsible for the Burbank company’s commercial strategy and overseeing sales, marketing and digital product adoption. “Cast & Crew has an unprecedented opportunity to build on a very strong legacy and become an even more critical partner to an industry currently going through a significant transformation,” Younger said in a statement, adding that the firm can bring “increased value to a sector that is growing and digitizing at a rapid pace.” Prior to joining Cast & Crew, Younger was president and chief revenue officer for Namely, a payroll and human resources software company in New York with local offices in Santa Monica. He also worked at Box Inc., a leading cloud company in Redwood City, and DreamWorks NOVA, a division of DreamWorks Animation that was shut down after the studio’s acquisition by Comcast Corp. Cast & Crew Chief Executive Eric Belcher said Younger’s blend of sales and services experience across both software and entertainment is relevant to the company, which provides payroll, human resources, accounting and financial management services. “We look forward to leveraging Graham’s expertise to align core internal groups, elevate our investment in analytics and optimize the sales journey for our valued clients,” Belcher said in a statement.
