Councilmember Wendy Greuel has organized a fair for home-buyers at Victory Elementary School at 6315 Radford Avenue in North Hollywood on Saturday. The fair will last from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be informational booths on down payment assistance, credit problems, banking services and other topics. Wells Fargo Bank will present seminars at 10:30, 11:30 and 12:30, covering basic home buying information, what a realtor does, mortgage rates, and other basic information for first-time buyers. Seminars will be given in English and Spanish.
