American Realty Advisors has acquired Horizon Town Center in Henderson, Nev. The property consists of 11 buildings totaling 105,134 square feet. It is anchored by Food 4 Less. A second phase of the shopping center will add another 44,711 square feet to the project. Glendale-based American Realty Advisors currently has about $2.3 billion in assets under management.
