Salem Communications Corp. has completed the acquisition of two Florida radio stations. Salem is buying WGUL-AM (860) of Dunedin, Fla., and WLSS-AM (930) of Sarasota, Fla. for previously announced purchase prices of $9.5 million. The company said it would change the call letters of WGUL to WNTR. Programming changes were also announced for both stations, which will have a news-talk format. Beginning at 5 p.m., Aug. 12 on WNTR and at 5 a.m., Aug. 13 on WLSS, Salem will launch “Air Force One,” with continuous speeches by conservative leaders, including President Ronald Reagan, President George H.W.
