James R. Felton has taken over managing partner responsibilities at Greenberg & Bass. Arthur A. Greenberg, outgoing managing partner at the Encino-based law firm, will continue his asset protection and insolvency practice. Felton, who chairs the firm’s litigation practice group, has been a partner with the firm since 1997. He is an immediate past president of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and a trustee of the Los Angeles Bar Association. Greenberg founded the law firm with Robert D. Bass in 1984, and he has overseen its growth from a boutique servicing bankruptcy and insolvency clients to a full-service business law practice.
