Camarillo-based QoSmetrics, a manufacturer of network performance assurance hardware, has inked a deal with TOYO Corporation, a leading Japanese reseller and distributor of electronic measurement equipment. The agreement calls for TOYO to be a re-seller of QoSmetrics’ products to Japanese carriers and service providers.
