The first Los Angeles franchise of PostalAnnex+ has opened in Woodland Hills. The outlet is one of more than 300 franchise units operated by the San Diego-based company, which claims it is the third largest postal service company in the U.S. The new center, at 23371 Mulholland Drive, provides packaging and office supplies, mail box rentals, notary services, copying and faxing services along with postal services. The stores are geared to home office operators and others who require business services. PostalAnnex+, which was launched in 1985, also has operations locally in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and Agoura Hills.
