Countrywide Financial Corp. has named Eric P. Sieracki executive managing director and CFO, following the resignation of Thomas K. “Keith” McLaughlin. The appointment is effective April 1. McLaughlin, who is stepping down from the CFO post he has held since 2001, will remain with the company in an advisory capacity, the company said. He cited personal reasons for his departure. Sieracki has been with Countrywide for 17 years, most recently as senior managing director of corporate development and investor relations. He has also held the post of senior managing director and corporate treasurer.
