Thousand Oaks-based Blue Cross of California has launched a new PPO insurance product from affiliate BC Life and Health Insurance Co. for small businesses in California. Dental Blue is available to companies with two to 50 employees and offers three tiers of provider networks with various price points, providing employers a chance to pick a plan that meets their needs.
