IHOP Corp. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 payable Feb. 20 to shareholders of record on Feb. 1. IHOP also said that it has redesigned and re-launched its website to correspond with changes it has made at its restaurant units and after what it called “extensive consumer research and testing.” The new website provides a trip planner that allows travelers to map the IHOP restaurants along their travel routes and historical data about IHOP.
