The operator of a high-end Orange County car dealership has paid $2.5 million for a Calabasas plot and plans to expand north. AK3 Calabasas LLC, an arm of Lamborghini Orange County, paid $2.5 million for the 10,008-square-foot parcel at 2400 Ventura Blvd., just east of Parkway Calabasas. Seller Roy Van Wicklin had owned the property since the 1940s. Lee & Associates Calabasas office President Mike Tingus and Associates Grant Fulkerson and Scott Carper negotiated the sale and purchase. “Favorable conditions in this high-income region, which also covers the Warner Center area of Woodland Hills, Calif. and Westlake Village, Calif., make this a prime investment for the buyer,” Tingus said in a statement announcing the deal. “Freeway identity is also a great asset for the buyer’s business.”
