An Oxnard Spanish-language radio station is so popular that a loss of nearly 2 percentage points of its audience share couldn’t topple it from the No. 1 spot. KXLM-FM (102.9), known as “Radio Lazer,” was Ventura County’s most-listened-to station during the April-June spring ratings period, according to data released last month by Arbitron Inc., which tracks radio listening nationwide. The station, operated by Oxnard-based Lazer Broadcasting Corp., has held the top spot since early 2005.
