LTC Properties, Inc., a Westlake Village-based real estate investment trust, declared a monthly common dividend on common stock for the third quarter of 2008. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of $0.13 per common share in July, August and September, 2008. LTC primarily invests in long-term care and other healthcare-related facilities through mortgage loans, facility lease transactions and other investments.
