Home foreclosures hit record high

Home foreclosures across the San Fernando Valley hit another record high during the year’s second quarter as the housing crisis intensified, a research center said today. A total of 2,084 families from Glendale to Calabasas lost their home to foreclosure from April to June, according to the San Fernando Valley Economic Research Center at California State University, Northridge.
