Considered red hot a year ago, Los Angeles County’s commercial office market has shifted into a “good times” mode, according to a study released Wednesday. The office market might not be gaining ground, but it’s not losing any. Flat can be good in these troubled economic times, according to the latest Allen Matkins/UCLA Anderson Forecast Commercial Real Estate Survey. “If you are coming from a good place, staying there is fine,” said Jerry Nickelsburg, an economist with the university’s forecasting unit.
