Digital media company arvato digital services opened a new customer care facility in the Philippines. The new center at the Eastwood City Cyber Park expands the Valencia-based company’s global presence with more than 50 customer call centers spanning Asia, Europe and the Americas. The location in the Philippines takes advantage of a business-friendly environment that supports the customer care industry and gives access to a talent base of highly educated, experienced, English-speaking professionals, the company said. The facility will employ 300 people, a number that is expected to double during the holiday season. arvato digital is part of media and communication service provider arvato AG, a division of Bertelsmann AG.
