PALMDALE – The City Council on Wednesday will continue its discussion about possibly suing Antelope Valley College for its alleged misuse of $139 million in bond funds approved by voters in 2004. After a closed-session discussion planned prior to the council’s upcoming public session, panel members will consider ratifying as a body a Sept. 30 letter sent to the college by Mayor Jim Ledford and Councilman Mike Dispenza.
