LANCASTER – Commuter bus routes from the Antelope Valley to Los Angeles could change in the coming months, much to the chagrin of local commuters who say the changes will cost them both money and convenience. Antelope Valley Transit Authority officials said the proposed changes to its three commuter bus lines will cut costs and make the system more self-reliant by making fewer stops and relying more on other transit agencies to get commuters to and from work.
