Alliance Bank customers in Woodland Hills and Burbank will now be banking with California Bank & Trust. San Diego-based CB & T; acquired the failed bank after the FDIC shut it down Feb. 6. It is the ninth bank to go under so far this year. CB & T; is a subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation of Salt Lake City which also owns banks in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and New Mexico. The 94-branch CB & T; already has three Valley-area offices located in Encino, Quartz Hill and Acton. Linda Coburn
